Output Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Oversee project outputs, ensuring they meet quality benchmarks and align with project objectives. Regularly review and update documentation within Teamwork to maintain a clear record of milestones and necessary adjustments.
Reminder and Follow-ups: Use Teamwork features to set reminders, share updates, and follow up with team members concerning pending tasks, deadlines, and any changes to project requirements.
