Assistant Digital Marketing & Communication (Remote)
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
The following is the breakdown of responsibilities for joining Crowdsourcing Week & BOLD Awards.
This role is only for extraordinary person (which means you need to roll up the sleeves and work together with the founder to achieve extraordinary results). If you're one of them we look forward to hearing from you.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and schedule all existing campaigns for CSW existing partners and for BOLD Awards 4th edition
- Work on the email sequence automation with email database and delivery tools
- Update CSW + BOLD Awards pages on ongoing bases
- Assist with all marketing activities
- Take part at Marketing Meetings every Monday @ 9pm Singapore time
- Create Lead Pages with ebook downloads
- Download hyper targeted lists each day from Seamless AI and nurture them with email outreach and opt-ins
- Create and promote our virtual events and co-manage them together with the team
- Create hyper targeted email lists for our new partners with an existing tools
- Design banners on Canva for content activation + ebook design (1-2 for each partner)
- Be part of the meetings with new potential partners (only when it’s closer to close)
Lead partners/customers meetings (weekly or bi-weekly on Wednesdays or Thursdays) and create lead segmentation reporting every Friday (e.g. Reporting is only during the Lead generation stage - final stage)
- Reporting must be sent to our customers by Friday each week
- Drive submissions for BOLD Awards edition up until Dec. 31st.
- Create sales opportunities by ongoing communications through YAMM, Mailmeteor, Mumara, MailerLite to maximize all of the databases on Mumara, MailerLite, Hubspot and including our CEO's contacts
- Create email content and send out weekly CEO's linkedin email every Sunday
- Coordinate written blog posts with the head of content + our content partners
- Work closely together with Social Media person and Newsletter Person
- Time zone preference Asia Pacific or CET - European (this is remote work)

Total Compensation: USD $15,000 (base) + Commissions + Quarterly Bonuses = $45K+
