Amazon PPC Optimisitation

I have an account in the United States of Amazon. I was working with a VA, but he is lacking in PPC. I want some with the job responsibilities:
1- Rank on main Keyword.
2- Low ACOS of current Campaigns.
3- Audit of PPC.
Currently, the expense of my PPC Campaign is $2500 and my plan is o expend $3500 for the coming month as I have to rank my keyword. The ACOS is 78% and the profit margin is 37.8%. I want my ACOS to turn 65% in 2 weeks and after a month 40%.
The ranking campaign could have ACOS of more than 100% doesn't matter.
