Amazon Account Manager Needed

I'm seeking an experienced Amazon account manager to handle the following tasks:

- Account maintenance and optimization
- Troubleshooting fulfillment problems
- Managing customer and order data for our Bali shipping team
- Soliciting customer reviews
- Overseeing PPC ad campaigns (excluding campaign costs)
- Managing email software (excluding software costs)
- Coordinating with a social media manager for reviews outside Amazon

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Amazon Professional Seller accounts
- Strong problem-solving skills for fulfillment issues
- Experience in managing PPC campaigns
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with email management software
- Good communication skills for coordinating with a social media manager
