- My current occupancy rate is more than 75%, but I am aiming for more than 90% occupancy.
Pricing Strategy:
- I am currently using dynamic pricing, but I am open to suggestions and improvements.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in managing Airbnb STR revenue and optimizing occupancy rates.
- Expertise in dynamic pricing strategies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and competition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with guests and potential renters.
