Agency customer manager for US

For a little agency we are looking for someone in Americas to:
-Onboard new USA customers.
-Help on customers setup (tracking, marketing campaigns).
-Manage and retain relationship with customers (chat, email, calls...)
-Act as a bridge between customers and team.
Candidate should have experience in advertising and be located in Americas or Europe.
