Affiliate Tracking Integration for Newsletter

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to integrate affiliate tracking into our newsletters for large mail-sendouts. This is a key project to better track the performance of our newsletters in terms of generating leads and purchases.

Key Points:
- Track 'leads' from newsletter signups: I need you to assign a unique identifier to each newsletter signup, and also track the source of each signup.
- Track 'purchases' of products: This would entail monitoring and linking the purchases made on our ecommerce site back to the newsletters that drove the traffic.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in setting up and integrating cloud based affiliate tracking platforms.
- Experienced with various email marketing platform.
- Strong understanding of tracking rules and mechanisms to accurately link leads and purchases to their source.

Assignment:
Do setup in cloud based affiliate tracking platform, preferably an open source based, or free platform.
Make small manual/handbook of how to setup weekly affiliate tracking in product promotion newsletter sendout for ecommerce site
So, suggest platform to be used and its setup to be done.
Also, perform setup of UTM-tag in Google Analytics
