Affiliate Marketing for Birthstone & Silver Jewellery

I am seeking a skilled affiliate marketer to drive sales for my birthstone and silver jewellery business. The primary goal of this campaign is to significantly increase our sales through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an affiliate marketing strategy primarily focused on social media platforms - specifically Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Recruit and manage a network of affiliates to promote our brand and products.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the affiliate program, making adjustments as necessary to optimize sales.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in affiliate marketing, particularly in the e-commerce and jewellery sectors.
- Strong knowledge and experience of using Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest for affiliate marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing partnerships.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize sales.

The campaign should focus on women aged 18-35. We will provide affiliates with high-quality product images and videos. Affiliate commissions will be based on a fixed percentage of each sale. The campaign should run for 1-3 months. Affiliates will receive a fixed commission of 10% per sale. Affiliates will be required to provide weekly performance reports. Affiliates should focus on creating lifestyle content showcasing the jewellery in everyday settings.
