Affiliate Marketing Shopify/Up Promote

Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced affiliate marketing specialist to help define and launch a successful affiliate program for our Shopify e-commerce store www.leorexbooster.com. The primary goal is to drive sales in the USA market by recruiting and managing a network of high-performing affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Affiliate Program Strategy & Setup
- Conduct market research to understand the affiliate landscape and identify potential partners
- Fully define the affiliate program structure, commission rates, terms & conditions
- Set up and configure the Upromote affiliate tracking platform integrated with our Shopify store
2. Affiliate Recruitment & Management
- Develop an outreach plan to attract and onboard quality affiliates (influencers, bloggers, review sites etc.)
- Create compelling affiliate marketing materials, banners, product data feeds etc.
- Manage communications and provide guidance to affiliates on promotion tactics
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, optimize payouts and recruitment
3. Reporting & Optimization
- Implement affiliate tracking and develop detailed performance reports
- Identify top affiliates and growth opportunities to scale the program
- Test and optimize landing pages, creatives and promotions for affiliates
- Suggest improvements to the affiliate program terms/conditions as needed
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing program management for e-commerce
- In-depth knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms like Upromote
- Strong skills in data analysis, marketing optimization and growth hacking
- Excellent communication skills for affiliate outreach and relationship management
- Ability to create engaging promotional content and marketing materials
- Shopify savvy
