Advertising and selling a product

For my project, I am looking for someone to create and implement an advertising and selling plan for my product. The plan should be designed to reach an adult audience across a limited number of platforms - I have specified 1-2 in my initial intentions. The key selling point for my product is price and innovation, which should be the focus of the promotional activities. I am looking for someone who can take the lead in developing, coordinating, and managing the entire advertising and sales process. This includes management of campaigns, market research, pricing strategies, budgeting, and of course, actually placing the advertisements.
