Advertising and Marketing graphics -- 10

We need a skilled visual marketing individual to create the right ads for our campaign. We supply the copy, you provide the finished product with service related images. Proof of previous graphic ads is required. Westport Structures Inc. is always busy doing projects that usually come from referrals or a very tiny ad campaign that we have run for 3 years on a local BB.
We want to do a couple of things. A: Attract a better quality of client. B: Attract larger projects. DO not chat unless we contact you. Your portfolio must be proven by partial submission of source files. We do not need a team. We are looking for a qualified individual who understands advertising
