Advertiser - Sales Conversion Expert

We have a social media android app in google play store.
In the app, it has ways to make revenue as following :
- Travel market place
- Googleads monetization by admob, etc
- Endorsing like tiktok coin
- Sponsor

Criteria :
- You must bring sales to us as we will set monthly sales target
- If you are not confidence in making sales for us, we strongly discourage you to work for us.
- You must not have any bad feedback and have good feedbacks relevant to digital marketing sales conversion works.
- This is fixed rate job, paid by successive attempts only. Please don't bother to discuss if you are not convinced, nor have any past successive track record on selling by ads.
- For 2 week, we can set a contract, that if you failed, then you must refund the funded milestone money as strongly stated in the contract.

We'll try $100 on first 2 weeks for google ads/facebook ads, if success, then we can increase afterward

The payment scheme will be like :
$200 for paid ads + $20 for your fee, then you must at least brings twice of our spendings $400 in sales toward our company. If you fails, hence we will have to refund the $20. In this scheme, if we win a sales deal, we will increase the ads budget & your fee. Your fee will always be 10% of the paid ads

Here's another payment scheme, you will be paid $10 just to set up the meta data. We have designers and video graphers for you. But if you gained some success in sales conversion deal, we will pay 5% based on the comission. Please let me knows which payment scheme you'd like. So if we win a sales deal of $100k, you get $5k
