Advertise my small business -- 2

Hey! I am about to start a small business and I need someone with excellent advertising skills to promote it. My goal is to find someone who can advertise on my behalf, but also teach me a few tricks so I can learn more. As far as apparel goes, I lean heavily towards teen and young adult clothing.
