Digital marketing manager/ Specialist
We are a real estate consultancy based in Turkey, looking for a digital marketing manager to establish, implement and follow up our digital marketing campaigns in his country of residence. He should be able to lead relevant digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution and launch them on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Conceive and execute digital marketing, including SEM, marketing database, and display advertising campaigns.
- Understand the company work field features and identify the right target groups accordingly.
- Collaborate with the internal team and brainstorm new creative strategies to optimize the results.
- Follow trends and insights and execute measurement tests to optimize spending and performance based on results.
- Measure and evaluate the performance of ongoing campaigns and assets and give continuous reports.

Requirements
- Proved digital marketing experience. (Experience in Real estate online marketing is preferred).
- Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Experience in leading Yandex Ads campaigns and being up-to-date with the recent online marketing trends.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScripts development constraints.
- Strong analytics skills.
- A degree or a certificate in Digital Marketing or any related field would be an advantage.
