Israel Proxy Shopping & Shipping

I need 6 jars, of a small health-related product that is manufactured in Rehovot, Israel but unavailable for direct shipment to the UK. Your task is to purchase them locally (or arrange a local delivery to yourself), keep the factory seal intact, and forward it to my address in the United Kingdom.
(the size of the package will be approximatly 27cm x 24cm x 17cm and weighs approximatly 2 kg)
I prefer a hands-on local shopping or proxy purchasing service rather than a mailbox-only forwarder. Once you have the items, please send it via standard international shipping that carries insurance so the parcel is fully covered. Package consolidation/repacking may be necessary (depending on how the products are supplied) — Original boxes should be secured well enough for the journey.
