International Shipping Specialist with OTI Experience

The purpose of this position is to acquire the OTI License (NVOCC & OFF).

As part of the license acquisition, the applicant needs to be a Qualified Individual that has a minimum of 3 years as per the requirement of FMC (Federal Maritime Commission) with the following experience:
1. Full-time with the company
2. Quoting rates
3. Preparation of Bill of Lading
4. Arrange and confirmed cargo spaces for the client
5. Ordering cargo to the port
6. Booking arrangement
7. Preparing and processing an order
8. Issuing dock receipt

This will also require;
1. Knowledge of the shipping and logistic industry (Domestic & International household moving, domestic vehicle moving, international shipping)
2. Ability to communicate with various vendors related to the industry
3. Ability to understand the client's requirements and act upon to deliver the services to completion
4. Achieve customer satisfaction.
5. Handling customer complains
