• Tracking air freight shipments using track & trace to ensure delivered intact and on time
Software User - SSD - Ship Same Day - Parcel Logic - Courier Space
• Managing the Door-Door/Airport transportation and logistics, and basic compliance matters to ensure all shipments are delivered on time
• Building and maintaining relationships with airlines and other transportation vendors, suppliers, and providers
• Being a quick learner to learn industry software required to succeed at role.
• Assisting with the management of daily operational activities and creation of marketing materials
• Performing administrative tasks such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings
• Communicating the goals of employees to owners to ensure healthy work environment
• Quoting air, sea, and ground shipments
• Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Contacting local and international shippers and consignees to acquire new business
• Conducting basic data analysis to monitor wide spectrum performance
• Verifying customers' information in the database
• Resolving shipment delays and discrepancies
• Data Entry and validation
• Working knowledge of ShipSameDay(SSD)/ParceLogic Transportation Managment System is a pls
Full English Speaker, reader and writer.
Training in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience) is desired.
Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using logistics software, transportation management systems (TMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving logistical challenges.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
