X4 photo realistic renders

Hello ? new freelancer.., Hi, I need for photo realistic renders completed quickly and to high quality. The renders must include 4 inerior images, 3 of which will have the same floor plan, creative freedom is permitted. I need: 1) large format space with very high ceilings, showcasing a central cafe/restaurant surrpunded by individual double height suites. Design aesthic examples provided. 2) x3 interior imaages of the suites at 300 square foot total included a full heigh mezzanine level. Each suite steucture needs to be the same you can pick from the folllowing: inteiror woild be a 2 chair mini salon, a tattoo studio, a personal training gym, massage etc. Each suite should look like its own businesss with all the attributes a businesss needs for each usage type. The overall concept is for a communial work environent housing indivudual mini storefronts for lifestyle professionals, open to the public. There is a chance for more visuals of the price is right and im happy with the work. This needs to look extenetly contemprary with a japanese/scandinavian design for the public areas and the individual storefronts. Please ask any questions you may have.
