I need a flat for two apartments on two floors with opposite direction entrances

The idea is to have two apartments one ground and another on the first floor (around 200 m2 each). The apartment on the ground floor has its entrance from the south while the second apartment on the first floor has its entrance from the north. The first floor apartment has a deck with a stair. Each apartment has a separate space (garden) in front of it. Each of the apartments should have 3 bedrooms (1 master BR with wc and the other 2 have a shared wc), 1 small office close to the entrance ( around 16 m2) and a big living room (around 22 m2) close to the kitchen (25m2).The
