I need an architect for my vehicle inspection/workshop/wash station

Hello, i am planning to open a new vehicle inspection/garage/was station in Nouakchott/Mauritania on a 300 m square (15m x 20m). I already have a rather clear idea of how i divide the space between Car Wash, inspection/workshop, and reception/office: 7x20 shed divided between 7x6 for reception and 7x14 for the workshop/inspection, while the other area (8X20) shall be used for the Was. I need an architect to complete this plan and get detailed designe. Thanks
