Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need to modify existing plans for a 1000 sf cabin. Changes include removal of deck roofs/ terracing, removing bedroom on first floor, adding basement with two bedrooms and bath. Final plans must include building specs / be acceptable to submit to a building department.
