I need a Freelance Interior Designer

This is for a home project. Its a 1980 sq. ft apartment with 3 bedrooms and a study on the 13th Floor. Want to get creative ideas of what can be done with spaces and materials. We will handle the execution through a production agency. The designer should have an idea of cost of materials as well.
