I am looking for an architect to design something for me for an high rise
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I will like to build a high rise with a penthouse at flore 4 and Five. The flore 1,2,3 will be apartments with four two-bedroom apartments per level and the penthouse will be on floors 4 and 5.
Each 2 bedrooms apartment will have the following:
2 bedrooms with a bathroom for each
One living room
one kitchen
One visitor toilette
The Penthouse will have 4 bedrooms each with bathrooms
Access to the penthouse will be by stairs and a private escalator which will stop at floor 4 and can only be used by those living in the penthouse.
One large living room
One large kitchen
One study
One TV room
Large balcony with one swimming pool plus balcony. The swimming pool should be 3m from the living room door. I expect the penthouse to have a lot of natural light therefore, glasses will be better.
The Land is around 1000 sqm rectangular.
Also, good the mention that the ground floor of the building will be used for car parking where the penthouse will have 200sqm and the other apartment will use 800sqm.
