interior designer

I am looking for an interior designer to help me with a project involving the design, colour scheme and furniture selection of my new apartment. My budget for the project is $18,000. The project work should involve: creating a moodpboard, floorpan, shopping list with a selecting of furniture, a light plan and instructions for execution. I am looking for someone experienced in both the design and installation aspects of interior design who can provide high quality work at an affordable rate. The ideal candidate will share a similar vision for the project and be able to handle the job efficiently and professionally.

The apartment is completely new, so no flooring, bathroom or kitchen needed.
