In this project, we aim to design a lighting system for a residential house using Dialux software. The house consists of multiple rooms, including a living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Our goal is to create an efficient and aesthetically pleasing lighting design that meets the needs of the occupants.
To start the project, we first analyzed the layout of the house and determined the areas that require different types of lighting. We then selected appropriate light fixtures that will provide the desired illumination levels and create the desired ambiance.
In the living room, we chose a combination of ceiling-mounted fixtures and floor lamps to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. In the kitchen, we used recessed downlights to provide task lighting for cooking and food preparation. In the bedrooms, we opted for wall-mounted sconces and table lamps to create a relaxing and cozy ambiance.
Using Dialux software, we were able to simulate the lighting design and calculate the energy consumption of each fixture. We also made sure that the lighting design complies with local regulations and standards.
Overall, our lighting design for this residential house provides a comfortable and functional environment while also being energy-efficient.
