2D furniture layout, door size and location for the first floor

I am looking for a freelancer to create a 2D furniture layout for the first floor of my building. The first floor has a square footage of 300sqm. I prefer a modern style for the furniture layout, and I am open to suggestions regarding specific furniture pieces or appliances. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in creating 2D furniture layouts and be able to work with a modern design aesthetic. They should also have strong communication skills to ensure that the layout meets my needs and preferences.
