I'm looking for a Freelancer to help me design the interior of a series of intelligent rooms for starting a new business. These rooms will have a mixed primary use, meaning they can be used for both work and living purposes. We'd like to make sure that the design meets both the aesthetic requirements and promotes energy efficiency as well. If you are knowledgeable about home automation systems, feel free to incorporate it; however, it is not a requirement.
