1. Project Goal
Create a professional interior design and photorealistic 3D renderings of a three-bedroom apartment in Bulgaria (net area: 70 sq m, terrace: 68 sq m, ceiling height: 3.1 meters).
Provide three fundamentally different design concepts (each a complete set of apartment and room-by-room renderings) with an emphasis on minimalism in a modern style. The designer will suggest options—I don't know the exact final look and expect initiative.
Object: Three-bedroom apartment in a building under construction (new development).
Location: Bulgaria.
Features: Lots of large windows, spacious terrace.
I need super-realistic (photorealistic) renders that will allow me to feel the atmosphere of the future apartment.
Important note: I don't yet have a clear vision of the final result. I expect the designer to be creative and offer several options that will help me formulate my preferences. I am open to professional ideas!
