cofounder for balcony interior design with plants

I am looking for a co-founder to help design my balcony with plants. I am open to ideas and suggestions from the freelancer. I do prefer a mix of both flowering plants and foliage plants for the design. Budget for the project was not specified so the freelancer is free to come up with proposals that would best fit my needs while still staying within a reasonable limit.
