I am needing a remodel for the back half of my house. The front has a gable roof and a flat roof in the back half. I want to change the back half to a gable roof. Update the inside kitchen, family room/dining room, laundry room, master bed and bath and add a 1/2 bath in the back half of the house. I want lots of sliding windows towards the back yard with access to the master bedroom from the back yard. I will include pictures of the inside . I will also need a hvac inclouded since the old unit is located on top of my flat roof. The cooling unit can be located on the side of the house pic 164900.
