Westchester NY USA 3D House & Floor Plan

We are looking for 3D House and Floor Plans with ideas. Our immediate need is to refinish the basement which includes adding a guest bedroom. The Basement has access to the outside through our garage. Our oil burner, water filter and laundry machines are in the basement and need a solution to allow access to these items but not have them inhibit the design. The basement has concrete walls and floor with the floorboards from the 1st floor exposed. Once you are hired, we can send additional information including photos & measurements.
