Wellness-Focused Residential Floorplan Redesign

I need my current residential floor plans re-worked so they actively promote occupant wellness. Beyond simply shuffling flats, the brief asks you to weave in:

Designing for 200 families - 2bhk and 3bhk typologies - Site area - 18000sqm, FAR max 2.6

My current plan lacks wellness integration and column layout is not done properly, Typologies are also not strictly followed, Horizontal and Vertical movement is not efficient

What you need to deliver
• Dedicated relaxation & mindfulness areas
- Community & Social Spaces indoor
- Column layout need to be redesigned (Imp)
- Work on typologies
• Green spaces and indoor plants
- NBC codes and guidelines (bangalore,India)

Maximising daylight and using the square footage efficiently are still appreciated, yet the driving goal is a layout that feels restorative and healthy.
