Warm & Neutral Open Plan Design

I'm seeking a talented interior designer to design my open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. We are building an extension which is connect to the backyard. We would like to convert the original kitchen to a study/ guest room, leaving the extended areas and original living/ dining room to become an open plan kitchen, dinning and living area. This designer should have a keen understanding of modern design principles, with the ability to incorporate them into creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
