Recently rented an old apartment, the apartment age 20 years, Total Size of the apartment SQM: 100sq, and its in the 2nd floor
The needs:
- i want make this apartment beautiful looking by make it as Modern, Classic, Scandinavian , Contemporary, Minimalist, luxury etc."
- i want be Happy and the apartment make me feel relaxed when i'm inside.
- I want several proposals for the interior design of my apartment.
- The total people who will live in the apartment just two persons.
- i want make one bedroom
- i want a small office attached to my bedroom
- i want small open kitchen near to my bedroom
- i want want add sitting area between the kitchen, bedroom and office in a very special look and feel
- i want make a small cinema for 2 persons
- i want make living room
- 2 bathroom's , one small for the visitors and one big in the bedroom
- i want small gym.
All the information's are available , sizes - photos - videos, Any change on the apartment like remove some walls or make new windows or building new walls all are available, Example i want change the kitchen place and i want make it small size.
The conditions:
1- About the deal must be by total project price not by hours. ( so please send me your offer cost price for this project ).
2- i want see some projects that U make it by your self. ( This will help me find the right person for this job ).
3-- i want the project in 2D architectural plans and 3D renders.
4- i want A statement of the finishing and decoration materials that project needs.
5- i want the project details for the floor plan, heights and general sizes, as well as workshop drawings for all fixed furniture - cupboards, cupboards, paint types and numbers if any, types of tiles if any, types of wood if any etc.-) also provide specifications and dimensions needed for construction part so that my engineer can implement the project.
