Visual Merchandiser & Display Designer for Construction & Interior Goods

We’re looking for a freelance Visual Merchandiser / Store Display Designer with hands-on experience in creating modern, clean, and impactful displays for construction related goods, home decor, furniture, and interior-themed showrooms. The role involves ON-SITE EXECUTION and styling, along with remote concept development IN Raipur Chhattisgarh.
Your work will help transform empty spaces into inspiring, customer-friendly displays that enhance the shopping experience and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute modern, minimal display layouts across showroom floors.
• Create mock-up spaces (Furniture Segment, Decor Segment , Sanitary Segment, Electrical Segment etc) using vendor products.
• Visit site to understand layout, lighting, and materials for real-time setup.
• Collaborate with vendors to highlight their products effectively.
• Ensure consistent visual language while allowing individual brand identity.
• Style with lighting, props, textures, and smart positioning to maximize appeal.
Skills & Experience
• Strong portfolio in visual merchandising / display design, preferably in interiors or home goods.
• Good eye for modern aesthetics, space flow, and consumer psychology.
• Experience in on-site styling, product placement, and prop coordination.
• Familiarity with materials, lighting, and showroom layouts.
• Proficient in design tools (SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
