Virtual Staging Project Coordinator
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need an experienced project manager that can efficiently handle the influx of multiple virtual staging projects for my business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee, plan and execute design of residential and commercial spaces
- Locate, bargain, build relationships and communicate with online vendors
- Manage and track projects from start to finish
- Management and coordination of over 30 virtual staging requests per month
- Timely communication and liaising with clients to meet their specific needs
- Quality control to ensure high standards are maintained for all outgoing projects
Ideal skills and experience include:
- Exceptional organization and management abilities
- Strong proficiency with design software (like Adobe Suite)
- Prior experience in interior design and/or virtual staging
- Capacity to handle high volumes of work efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must be able to work EST and some weekend hours
- Much have your own computer and Dropbox system for storage
