Villa Reform

Reform of a 1970 Villa in Mallorca.

I am looking for a Spanish architect to assist with the reform of my villa.
This will be completed in Phases.
Detailing and planning permission.
First Phase (to begin immediately) will include
- insulating the existing property.
- other work that can be done whilst planning permission is sought.
Brief overview of reform;
- Excavation for underground garage
- Construction of elevator approx 15 m
- Squaring the facade.
- pitched roof changed to flat roof
- open plan layout
- reconfiguring of windows
- Build out to a square foot print.
- installation of a pool.
