Vacation Villa Complex Design

I need an architectural plan for a small vacation villa complex on 1500 sqm. This project will have 4 small villas with with en-suites, surrounding a communal pool. The concept is for a waterfront location in Bali; an edge which should be taken advantage of in the design. Other amenities within the villas to include are 2 padel courts, Pilates studio upstairs and an infra-red sauna and change room downstairs (2 Storey to maximize water view from studio). Another 2 Storey pavilion with fully equipped kitchen and dining down stairs and entertainment space / bar upstairs to again maximize water views. Experience with hospitality-based architectural projects is desired, as well as a deep understanding of optimizing small spaces. Knowledge of how to incorporate leisure facilities into a villa design would also be beneficial. Each villa design should maximize relaxing views without compromising privacy. The completed design must take into consideration local zoning and regulatory requirements. The plan should include a site layout, building designs, and landscaping concepts.
