Trellis 925 Urban Loft Remodel

I need a new Floor Plan (1 with dimensions, 1 without dimensions) and 3D Rendering (rendered in Sketch Up with 2 views, one from back of Sojourn Lounge looking toward Grand Central, and one of Grand Central looking toward Sojourn Lounge including Bar, Grafitti Tube Banquette, and wedding chair setup) for a 4,000 sf interior remodel of a wedding venue.
