Traditional Tiny Farmhouse on Stone
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking to create a cozy, traditional-style, 1600sqft tiny farmhouse on a 40ft x 40ft plot of a 3-acre property. This unique project involves building the home over a sprawling 2600sqft stone.
Key Aspects:
- Architectural Style: The farmhouse should embody a traditional architectural style and should follow vasstu.
- Rooms: The design must incorporate a living room and kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a storage room and garage.
- Materials: While I have a preference for a traditional-style exterior, I'm open to suggestions on materials. -- The exterior could potentially incorporate wood, brick, or stone, or a combination thereof.
- The plan is to make a home with less cement or no-cement. If a loft bed room can be made with this plan that would be better. And a place to store small machinery, and farming equipment along with fertilizers is needed
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in traditional architectural design is a must.
- Proven experience in designing unique, compact homes.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable, durable building materials.
- Ability to creatively integrate a home with its natural surroundings.
