Traditional Style Second Story Home Addition
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for an architect to help design a second story addition to my home and modify existing 1st floor.
Key Project Features of 2nd floor:
- 3 Bedrooms
- 1 Office
- 2 Bathrooms
- Master bedroom equipped with a Walk-in closet
The addition should be designed in a Traditional architectural style, using Vinyl for the exterior materials.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven track record in designing and constructing second story home additions
- Expertise in Traditional architectural style
- Experience with using Vinyl as an exterior material
- Ability to incorporate walk-in closets in the design
Would knock out two bedrooms on the first floor and leave one that is next to bathroom. Bedroom closest to backyard would need a sliding door to backyard.
