Traditional Single-Story Home Design
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need an architect with expertise in home designs that will blend tradition craftsman style with a touch of modern farmhouse to create a detailed plan for my new single-story home with bonus room and walkout basement.
The home will sit on the peninsula facing a lake . (which is the picture attached)
I have a floorplan that is close to what we want attached, however it requires an architect's experience to finish it along with elevation ideas.

Please also have a deep understanding of maximizing space and creating functional, yet aesthetically pleasing designs. Proficiency in architectural software tools is a must.
