Swimming pool cover mechanical element

I need you design the cover of a swimming pool, that must be hiden in the floor, and when open with an electrical swich it must be inclue in the wall.
We must can walk on it, the floor that will cover the stainless steel frame will be 20mm thickness.
The swiming pool is still not existing, and the floor around still not (it must have a border around for suport the structure). On all the long there will be a wall and its distance from the swimming pool will depend for the jacks and the cover can be closer possible.
The jacks must be hidden in the floor (for we dont see the when open or closed.
All material (jacks, hinges, stainless steel 316l bare,..) must be water and corosive resistant (find them in europe or china).

1- i need you make me the plan (draw with quotation) for the floor and the concrete around the swimming pool.
2- I need you find all the element (and where i can buy them) for build a similar platform (not the floor cover), but the good jacks, electrical part, wheel,...
