Studio Flat Renovation & Exterior Design

I'm looking for a professional interior designer with a flair for renovation to transform my studio flat. The highest priority is the flat renovation with a focus on interior design and decoration. The studio will be used for Airbnb some time and in the future for office use. So I want to be flexible to use it as I wish. You will also be tasked with designing the building's exterior and the communal stairs. Please note that the flat is a studio, so all of the design will take place within the same room. Studio is 25 square meters with balcony . I want to have an istagramic environment which will be amazing.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in flat/studio renovations
- Strong portfolio in interior design and decoration
- Experience in designing building exteriors and communal spaces
- Excellent understanding of structural changes, electrical and plumbing upgrades
- Creative and innovative design ideas
- Strong project management skills to oversee the renovation process
