Socially engaged interior and spatial design

I am looking for an interior designer to create a modern theme for a space whose purpose hasn't been determined yet, hence it could either be commercial or residential. You will be working with certain specifications regarding color, materials, and finishes to be used in the design. It would be ideal if you have experience in creating designs for undetermined spaces and you should also be good at incorporating specific requirements into your designs in a creative manner.
