Small ensuite bathroom

We are considering revamping our guest ensuite bathroom. See attached videos and layout. We are looking to retain the existing toilet, sink and shower. However the cupboard under the sink can either be wrapped or replaced. All walls and the floor to be re-tiled. Would require someone to prepare 3 different design renders with options. We would like light grey colours but would also be open to tasteful suggestions. Next to the shower there is a cupboard which leads to the pipes which needs to have access but we would like ideas for how to hide it. Thanks.
