Small apartment interior layout, electrical plan and design

I am seeking a skilled interior designer to create a layout and electrical plan for my small apartment, which is less than 50 sqm in size. My preferred design style is modern, and I am looking for someone who can incorporate this into the overall look and feel of the space. In terms of functionality, I require a layout that includes 1 bed and a sofa bed. Experience in designing small apartments for short-term rentals would be ideal for this project. Attached 2d plan shows dimensions but layout will differ with kitchen in the middle and potentially no construction work to open walls.
