Site supervisor
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am looking for a site supervisor for a residential construction project that is expected to last 1-3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and progress of the construction project
- Ensure that the project is being executed according to plans, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate and communicate with the construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a site supervisor in residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate a construction team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures
Note: Since the client already has a construction team in place, the site supervisor will need to work closely with the existing personnel and provide additional support as needed.
