Second Story Design on Brick Building

I'm looking for an architect to create plans for a second story on my existing brick building. The second story will be primarily used as a residential living space. I don't have a specific architectural style in mind, so basic plans will suffice.

Key requirements:
- The plans should include a spacious open area
- Experience with residential design is a plus
- Knowledge of working with brick structures is desirable
