I'm looking for a skilled architect to design a second story addition to my home, covering approximately 1200 square feet. The purpose of this addition is to create extra living space.
Specific Requirements:
- The addition should include two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a game room, small home office, laundry, linen and storage space.
